2008 Upcoming Workshops Paint From Life and Put Life in Your Painting 3 Day Workshop in historic Leipers Fork , Tennessee September 23-25, 2008 Trying to loosen up your painting style? Need more “oomph” in your color? This workshop is designed to further your understanding of the fundamentals of oil painting while pushing the limits of what you actually see to turn a simple scene into a beautiful painting. Through the workshop we will cover such topics as composition, color theory, loosely interpreting visual information to canvas, and creating a new painting from your small field sketches. Each day will begin with a discussion and demo on location by Anne, followed by one on one instruction for the remainder of the day. Each student will receive personal attention based on their individual needs.
